As Service Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that optimum standards of service are provided and maintained in our Centre. Supervising an energetic, multi-disciplined team operating in a busy, professional environment, you will take responsibility for all administrative and teaching-related operations in the Centre. These will include administration functions, scheduling of classes, reviewing and improving administration practices and procedures, maintaining supply and inventory of student teaching materials and handling ad-hoc assignments delegated by your supervisor. Your key remit will be to ensure the smooth running of one of Hong Kong's fastest-growing businesses.

Requirements:

• Native speaker of English
• MUST hold 120 hrs or above in-class CELTA / TEFL / TESOL certificate. Certificate via online course will not be considered
• Bachelor Degree holder with training in Business Administration, Education, and/or relevant disciplines
• With Management experience
• At least 2 years experience in teaching English
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of English with fluency in Cantonese an advantage
• Proficient using Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook programmes
• Used to working in an environment with people of varying age groups and nationalities
• Initiative, proactive, independent, committed and detailed minded
