• Perform investigation and coordinate generation of corrective actions including its report (CAR) to customers.
• Interface with customers on complaints, queries, quality issues and other issues / concerns.
• Perform courtesy visit or quality / technical meeting with the customers.
• Perform customer specification review. Work with the customer on the spec problem for smooth compliance.
• Perform Process Audits.
• Participate in the continuous quality of improvement of product according to process assignment.
• Track / measure / feedback and report the status of quality goals.
• Drive closures of internal and external Corrective and Preventive Actions.

 Requirements:

• University graduates in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electronics, or Chemical Engineering discipline or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years working experience in electronics industry is preferable.
• Strong computer skills including the ability to prepare spreadsheets and use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and/Access) to analyze data and trends.
• Knowledgeable and trained with certification 8D, IATF / ISO 9001, Six Sigma, SPC, QC Tools, FMEA tools etc.
• Highly motivated, results oriented, driven.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin is must.
