Our client are a major developers in the data centre and hospital (critical service space) and seeking a Facilities Manager with a strong MEP background.

The Head of Facilities Management is seeking a dynamic and hands on Facilities management professional with at least seven years of experience in critical services.

We are searching for an electrical engineer or mechanical whom is able to lead a large maintenance team including overseeing power systems, crac units and BMS systems.

The candidate must have experience working in critical services with exceptional client facing skills with theoretical knowledge of Data centres.
 
The preferred candidate should be capable to understand the H&S risk as well Operational risk and the ability to draft SOP's, one should have a solid operational background.

The candidate should preferably have work experience in Hong Kong with the ability to manage a team of engineers. Some shift work is required. OT is paid.
