Job Description
Executive Summary:
- At least 8-10 years of experience in Project Management
- Industrial Automation, PLC, Software and Digital Services or engineering background
- Solid technical background and hands-on experience

Major Responsibilities:
- Coordinate internal resources and maintain good relationships with third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Responsible for Project P&L, mainly focus on Industrial Automation, PLC, Software and Digital Services
- Develop project plan, scope and objective, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility, and ensure the projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Lead a team and ensure resources availability and allocation
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques, report and escalate to management as needed
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentations
Key Requirements:
- Degree holder in Electrical, Building Services, Electronics Engineering or related disciplines
- At least 8-10 years of relevant work experience in Project Management
- Solid technical background and hands-on experience in the fields of Industrial Automation, PLC, Software and Digital Services or engineering
- Proven working experience as a project manager in the engineering sector
- Strong in establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, vendors and key stakeholders
- Good command of both spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
- Candidates with less experience would be considered for Project Manager role
