Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and guide the team of technicians to achieve targets and deliver professional car maintenance service.
- Monitor and maintain team efficiency and team training in line with factory guidelines.
- Manage the workflow and distribution of jobs to the technician team and ensure accurate fault diagnosis and quality technical advice.
- Liaise between frontline staff, technical team, parts officer, warranty department and factory representative to maintain smooth operation.
- Provide general workshop trouble shooting support and tools management and up keep
- Maintain necessary technical reporting and efficiency reports to management and job report documentation.
- 5 years relevant experience in automotive industry
- Diploma or above in Automotive Engineering
- Strong electrical and mechanical trouble shooting skills
- Proficiency with MS office applications preferred
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Initiative; can-do attitude; able to work under pressure
- Possess valid driving license class 1,2 is an advantage
