Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing daily maintenance service, monitoring work progress, tender & quotation,
- Prepare and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programme
- Supervise technician to carry out daily maintenance work
etc.;
- Degree in any discipline of Building Surveying, Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent;
- A minimum of 5 years of project management and maintenance experience, preferably in consultant firm or property management company;
- Holder of Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker and Registered Minor Works Contractor (Class III) will be an advantage;
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Technical Officer.
Remuneration will be in commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits include birthday leave, marriage leave, paternity leave / 14 weeks’ of maternity leave, full attendance leave, training allowance, newborn baby allowance, medical allowance and other special leave.
