Responsibilities:

1. Lead the maintenance team to plan & control of repair and maintenance works for the facilities and equipment at our restaurant
2. Liaise with contractors / landlords / building management offices regarding repair & maintenance issues.
3. Carry out ad-hoc or planned repair and maintenance works
4. Responsible to update all related parties on the progress at regular basis

Requirements:

1. Diploma or above in Building Services/ Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
2. Minimum 5 years of work experience in repair & maintenance works, experience in food & beverage industry is preferable
3. Good communication and problem-solving skills
4. Able to work under pressure and overtime
