A reputable contracting and engineering company providing various E&M services for hotels, shopping mall, commercial and residential buildings.

Requirements

• Higher Diploma/Diploma in Mechanical, Building Services Engineering or equivalent
• 4-5 years relevant experience with 2-3 years in HVAC or E&M contracting works
• Solid experience in business development and installation project management
• Previous experience in sizable home appliance suppliers will also be considered
• Self-initiative, energetic, diligent with good presentation and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
• Computer knowledge in using MS Word, Excel and Outlook
• Immediate available is highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop sales and marketing strategies of HVAC equipment to drive business growth
• Follow up tenders and projects with customers, contractors and internal departments
• Handle customers’ enquiries and provide appropriate follow up and technical solutions
• Responsible for meeting clients to identify their needs and business development functions
• Provide support on installation coordination and preparing sales related document
