Responsibilities

• Work with internal sourcing, procurement and other engineering teams to search, identify, evaluate specification, application circuit analysis of semiconductor components such as op-amp, MOSFET/BJT, gate driver, circuit protection, MCU, memory and interface controller, etc. in power electronic applications.
• Provide circuit design change proposals for alternate components with specification deviations from the original source.
• Perform first article engineering approval for semiconductor components.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal departments on above issues.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Electronic Engineering related disciplines
• Min. 8 years working experience in electronic product design or semiconductor design/manufacturing
• Experience in digital, analog and mix-signal IC design from HDL Design, behavioral simulation, Mixed Signal Analysis, Synthesis, Functional verification/Post layout simulation to tape-out
• Experience in circuit design such as DC-DC Converter, High Side and Low Side Bridge Gate Driver, PWM inverter (e.g., SPWM, MPWM etc.), Op-amp and MOSFET/BJT circuit are added advantages
• Experience in IC product engineering process from IC manufacturing, fabrication, ATE test, IC validation, packaging and yield analysis is highly preferred
• Positive and rigorous attitude to get jobs done with high quality and speed, hands-on, good ability to communicate, and a team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English and Mandarin are required.
• Work in Lo Wo Office is required and work in HK during the interim of epidemic
