Responsibilities

• Develop vessel maintenance program, implementation and documentation
• Ensures vessels safe operation, environmental compliance and efficiency
• Liaise with Class and Marine Department for surveying and licensing matters
• Handle contingency
• Systematic review and maintenance of vessels certification & documentation
• Liaise with M&R partner and vessel crew for repair programs and timely repair, and progress monitoring for vessel dry-docking
• Build and maintain professional relationship with relevant internal and external stakeholders
• Vessels M&R cost planning
• Advise to management on technical matters
• Handle maintenance & repairs (M&R) acquisition from vessels
• Regular reporting to management
• Perform duties and projects as assigned by the management

Requirements

• University degree in Mechanical / Electrical or Marine Engineering or equivalent
• Two years work experience, with sea practice as engineer officer as advantageous
• Good PC knowledge in MS Excel and Words
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Be proactive and able to work independently with good problems solving skill
• Interpersonal & teamwork skills
