Job Description
Responsibilities:
· Co-ordinate with R&D team for service manuals and technical information for service
· Analyse defective symptoms and provide feedback to R&D and production team for improvements
· Create Troubleshooting guide according to defective system analysis and implement to ASP
· Multiple return analysis and improvements
· ECN solution implementation to ASP & training
· NPI model teardown for BOM structure
· Bad parts RTV management
· Monitor suppliers in the repair operation of DOA units and prepare corresponding analysis report
· Provide training to ASP for NPI, software solution & CRM etc.
· Product & FAQ training to call centre
· FAQ enhancement and service information maintenance for official website
· Monitor KPI of ASP and daily review on service order
· Provide technical support to handle complaint cases
· Manager warranty information and database
· Visit factories and R&D team for product training, special projects and service meeting
· Any other duties as assigned to you by the Company from time to time
Requirements:
· Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related discipline
· 3+ years relevant “hands-on” experience in technical service support field, preferably in consumer electronics devices
· Client centricity and solutions-oriented mind-set
· Experience in technical support, project management, customer resolution management
· Strong in troubleshooting, analysis, presentation and communication skills;
· Be a good team player and able to learn and work independently under pressure;
· Strong in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, English and Chinese Word Processing
· Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
· Immediate available is preferred
