Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in managing project scope, objectives and work streams; establish project schedule, set milestones and develop work plans.
- Plan and allocate resources needed.
- Coordinate relevant procurement and logistics procedures (including importing/ exporting matters).
- Prepare budgets and track project costs.
- Work and communicate closely with different departments to drive project development.
- Report regularly to the top management about project progress.
- Assist in preparing business and communication documents for external and internal use.
- Collate, analyze and present on data of project deliverables.
- Evaluate project performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in science or business.
- 2+ years of relevant experience; position offer would depend on applicant’s experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Immediate available would be an advantage.
