Job Description
Responsibilities
- Report to Manager
- Follow up various certifications for consumer electronic products with laboratories according to international standards.
- Routine product testing & reporting.
- Coordinate projects through communication with various departments and suppliers. To ensure that corporation protocols are being followed.
- Provide product technical support to customers.
- Follow up RMA process with distributors.
- Perform product repairs for customers.
- Acquire customer feedback and consolidate to HQ.
- Ad hoc work assignment in sourcing & prototypes follow up
- Higher Diploma or above in Electrical Engineering or related disciplines.
- Experience in consumer electronics is preferable.
- Hands-on experience in product testing
- Experience in schematic capture and PCB Layout tools.
- Efficient coordination and communication skill
- Knowledge in certification process is an advantage (CE/FCC, CB, Chemical tests including RoHS/REACH…)
- Knowledge and interest in PC & console gaming and DJing are advantages.
- Occasional travel to China and other Asian countries.
- Good command in both written & spoken English and Mandarin
- Multi-task, able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines efficiently & independently
- Polite & punctual is a must
