Job Description
Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Perform project supervision and coordination works for the installation of the mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and automation system of respective package.
- Manage and communicate with design team and site erection team related to mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and automation works.
- Perform engineering works for mechanical and electrical system, thermal and fluid system of projects including its P&ID, functional description, technical specification, installation, sizing and related standards in compliance with specification requirements & relevant code of practice.
- Enforce M&E installation quality control and testing for compliance of standards & specification.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, consultants, vendors, contractors and customers.
- Provide technical support during project execution and commissioning work.
- Preparation of documentation for erection, testing & commissioning and O&M manual.
- Other instructions by management.
Requirements:
- Degree/ Diploma in Chemical, Mechanical, Power and Environmental Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in design, engineering, construction or operations of process plant.
- Familiar with process engineering, mechanical system and their standards in related discipline.
- Related working experience in waste-to-energy plants, thermal power plants, process industries and/or mechanical handling equipment.
- Knowledge in engineering, planning and thermal design software would be preferred.
- Good communication skills.
- Well versed in Quality Assurance and HSE matters.
- Experience in project management would be an advantage.
