We are now seeking talented Product Design Engineers with expertise in Mechanical Engineering to help deliver some of our most interesting and challenging custom design projects. The ideal candidate will possess a high level of technical ability and a solutions driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Apply creative thinking to propose solutions to our customers’ problems.
• Conduct feasibility studies, utilizing the 3D printer and working with our sourcing team to rapidly prepare proof prototypes, verify against the customer requirements, and document validation tests to help our sales team win new projects.
• Contribute to the development of project plans and costings.
• Lead the design, development and validation of new products.
• Contribute to the transfer of new products into Production by preparing assembly / manufacturing plans with detailed work instructions.
• Support the Product team and Sourcing team for sample evaluation testing and prototype mechanical / electronic assemblies.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering or related discipline (2:1 or 1st preferred)
• Experience designing, prototyping, validating electro-mechanical assemblies Proficiency in 3D CAD systems, Solidworks or other equivalent. 
• Fresh graduates and senior engineers are both encouraged to apply
• Strong, demonstrable team player
• Fluent in English
• Hong Kong citizen/resident or other immigration status with no restrictions for work in HK preferred; visa sponsorship may be considered based on merit.
