Qualification:

• Local chartered professionals of engineering discipline with 1 year of relevant post-qualification working experience on builder works, structural and M&E services Excellent project communication skills with government authorities, AP, M&E consultants, contractors and site agents
• At least 3 years project management experience

Job duties :

• Represent owner to oversee the TH project to satisfaction
• provide further professional support on project delivery, post-occupancy survey and review to consolidate experience and design feedback for future enhancement of TH projects.
• Responsible for overall project management to meet the contractual, quality, cost, statutory, safety and scheduling requirements of the project;
• Responsible to coordinate with AP and contractors to facilitate site progress, production quality, time manage and cost control
• Prepare and collate relevant management report for review including technical, contractual and financial matters
• Attend regular project meetings as necessary
