Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handle in-coming enquiry & prepare document
- Respond and arrange daily customer service call
- Manages sales orders & inquiries
- Co-ordinate with local / oversea vendors
- Follow up with technician
- Support service team for on-site work
Requirements
- Diploma or above
- 2 years experience in customer service
- Good PC knowledge of MS Office and Chinese typing is needed
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently
