Job Duties:

• To carry out daily operations of serviced apartment to deliver premier services to guests.
  
• To maintain a high standard of communication and maintain a good and friendly relationship with internal and external customers
• To perform daily administration, data entry works and reports
• Maintain daily services of all the common areas of residence building.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

• HKCEE/DSE level or above
• Experience in Hotel or Serviced Apartments industry is an advantage 
• Customer service-oriented and ability to handle clients and tenants independently
• Proactive, high sense of responsibility, well organized and strong interpersonal skill
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Fresh graduate will also be considered.
