Job Description
We are looking for a Chef de Partie (Banqueting - Hot Kitchen) based at Aberdeen Marina Club!
As a Chef de Partie (Banqueting - Hot Kitchen), we rely on you to:
- Assist and support the Sous Chef in supervising all junior staff.
- Responsible for the proper efficiency and profitable functioning of the assigned kitchen.
- Supervise the work of junior personnel remaining fair and impartial at all times.
- Production of specializing requirements as required.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Form 5 or Certificate holder of western kitchen of Vocational Training Council
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in related professions
- Good command of English and Cantonese
- Good team player and able to work under pressure
