Commis Chef / Demi Chef 廚師  – Executive Cafe 

Job Responsibilities 工作職責

• Prepare food in accordance with pre-set menu, involve in design weekly menu and seasonal menu. 根據預先設定的菜單準備食物，參與設計每週菜單和季節性菜單。
• Responsible to manage the food stock  負責跟進及管理食物儲備
• Responsible for assisting food quality and appearance, maintain the cleanliness of kitchen facilities and equipment.  負責協助食品的品質和外觀，保持廚房設施和設備清潔
• Responsible to follow-up the quality of the food, standard of hygiene and safety and its accuracy.  負責跟進食品之質素，安全衛生和準確度
• Following the standard of hygiene and safety and maintaining the cleanliness at kitchen.  
  遵守衛生和安全標準，並保持廚房清潔

Job Requirements 工作要求

• 5 years + experience in western kitchen or an equivalent working experience, Preferably in related kitchen is an advantage  具有5年以上西式廚房之經驗，或與此相關工作經驗，有相關酒店廚房經驗者優先考慮
• Initiative and ingenuity are mandatory since the job receives only general supervision.Outgoing and ready for effective communication with staff and member.  能獨立及主動處理工作，外向而且能與會員有效溝通
• Hard working, enthusiastic, organized and reliable.  工作努力，熱情，有條理，可靠
• Good communication skill and be able to communicate effectively with diverse workforce.  Good spoken Cantonese and Simple usual English.  良好溝通技巧，能與不同部門協調，良好廣東話及簡單日常英語
• Service-oriented and must be a good team player.  以服務為先，必須是良好團隊的合作者
