Job Description
Work Location: Wan Chai (Ref no. 002)
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent cocktail making & serving service
- Assist in smooth operation and achieve a high level of service for the customer
- Have basic knowledge of wine and alcohol beverage
- Ordering and maintaining stocks
- Maintaining cleanliness of the bar and utensils
- General duties of bartender / beverage counter
