Job Description

Responsibilities :

Responsible for preparation and production of all food items
Maintain a high standard of food quality
Overseeing the day-to-day operation of the kitchen and performance of the staff
Recommend new dishes and arrange food promotion to meet customer's expectation

Requirements :

Solid work experience in hotel/clubhouse/catering industry
Good knowledge of Western cuisine
Good knowledge of HACCP
Good communication skills in both English and Chinese
