Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for preparation and production of all food items
- Maintain a high standard of food quality
- Overseeing the day-to-day operation of the kitchen and performance of the staff
- Recommend new dishes and arrange food promotion to meet customer's expectation
Requirements :
- Solid work experience in hotel/clubhouse/catering industry
- Good knowledge of Western cuisine
- Good knowledge of HACCP
- Good communication skills in both English and Chinese
