Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Follow-up with existing customers on loan repayment and redemption / release property in a professional and integrity way.
• Promote loan refinance service to existing customers
• Devote accountability and contribute capabilities in ad hoc projects to achieve Company strategic plan

Requirements:

• Tertiary education 
• At least 1 year working experience in sales or customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Aggressive, proactive and able to work under pressure
• Proficiency in MS Office
