Company Description

Our client is a well-established F&B company in Hong Kong with solid foundation and business operations. Because of business expansion, they are looking for an Area Manager who will be the operations lead for the up-and-coming new brand.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operations of the new concepted restaurant
• Lead the operations team and set up the SOP and operation policy
• Train and coach the team to provide excellent customer service
• Monitor and drive sales growth for the operations with the collaboration with Marketing and R&D teams.
• Lead the new stores opening projects and ensure the smooth operations for the new openings.
• Business development planning and give strategic advice to the top management for business expansion.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in business management or related discipline is a must
• At least 10 years of retail/F&B operations experience, chain store experience will be a plus
• Energetic leader with vision and ambitious to grow with the business and company
• Business and people oriented with excellent communication skills
• Fluency in Cantonese and English is needed
