• Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee and actively participate in daily operations, including control of food, beverage, cigar and service quality, budget preparation, recruitment and training, inventory control, liaison with suppliers and contractors
  • Maintain close relationship with a small number of club members
  • Work closely with kitchen team on menu planning, beverage lists, promotions and budget control
  • Ensure smooth operations and service and strive for guest satisfaction beyond their expectations
  • Ensure high standards of hygiene and safety
  • Identify and analyse operational issues, provide advice and recommendation to management on enhancing overall operational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Handle leasing & licensing related issues
  • Support F&B team on mainland projects

  Job Requirements

  • 7 years or above relevant work experience, of which 3 years at managerial level
  • Fluent written and spoken language skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a must
  • Comprehensive knowledge on Chinese cuisine, wine, bartending, cigars and other beverages
  • Strong business acumen and in-depth knowledge of market expectation and trend
  • Excellent customer servicing skills and ability to handle guests in a wide range of circumstances
  • Positive attitude, strong leadership, managerial and interpersonal skills and ability to motivate team members
  • Self-motivated, organised, flexible and able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Eligible to work in Hong Kong
  • Experience at cigar lounges or private members club is a plus
