Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing all aspects of marketing activities to support brand initiatives and business needs
• Plan & make advertising and promotional projects, as well as the F&B market’s analysis
• Responsible for social media marketing via different platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram) and content creation for online marketing materials (e.g. edm, website content, e-commerce platform content)
• Work closely with various internal departments for program implementation
• Handle and resolve customer enquiries and complaints with professional manner
• Participate in ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• Well organized, with strong business and market sense
• Self-motivated, hardworking, good communication and presentation skills with different parties.
• Excellent planning and project management skills in Media skills and App developments.
• Minimum 3 years Sales and Marketing experiences in Retails or F&B industry
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
• Strong computer and internet skills (Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook, Internet, Facebook etc.)
• University graduate in Marketing or Business-related disciplines.
• Completion of two doses of COVID-19 vaccines
