• Performs check in, check out and room allocation procedures for guests.
• Cashing and payment collection.
• Room reservation data verification.
• Hotel operation system data input and report generation.
• Handles guest enquiry and customer servicing.
• Sales of theme park tickets.

 Requirements

• Diploma or above in related disciplines.
• Fresh graduate or 1 year relevant experience.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
• Shift duty including overnight shift is required.
• Knowledge of Opera / Oasis is preferred.
• Independent, team-work spirit, careful and able to handle challenges.
