Responsibilities: 

• Providing ticketing and reservation services at Hong Kong International Airport;
• Handling enquiries from passenger and airlines;
• Perform ground handling services, including check-in services, departure and arrival flights services;
• Meet and assist VIPs on departure and arrival;
• Assist superior in flight disruption / creeping delay;
• Carry out any other duties as required and directed by the Company.

Requirements:

• Form 5 graduate or above with at least 5 subjects passed in HKCEE or minimum Level 2 in 5 HKDSE New Senior Secondary Subjects (including English and Chinese language) or equivalent;
• Candidate with ticketing/ reservation experience is preferred;
• Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Good customer services skills;
• Willing to take shift duties;
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Immediate available is preferred
