The ideal candidate will provide your clerical skills and purchasing services support to our Operation and Admin Department. We offer excellent package to suitable candidate.

Job Responsibilities:

• Follow up purchasing order and on time delivery to warehouse;
• Organize supplier’s invoice, prepare payment application;
• Communicate with suppliers for delivery arrangement;
• Maintain and handle daily stock data-entry in the system;
• Clerical support such as prepare quotation, price list and information;
• Other ad-hoc duties as required by the manager.

Requirements:

• HKCEE / DSE or Diploma in related disciplines;
• 2 years or above purchasing experience in FMCG / Retails / F&B industry;
• Knowledge of related purchasing system would be an advantage;
• Proficient in MS Office (word, excel) and Chinese typing;
• Good command of Chinese and English;
• Well organized, good team work, self-motivated and detail minded;
• Immediately available.

Working Hours:
5.5 working days, rest on public holiday
Monday to Friday: 9:00am to 6:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am to 1:00pm
