• Handle the daily duties of the front office department.
• Keeps satisfactory performance standards of the department.
• Performs check in, check out and room allocation procedures for guests.
• Room reservation data verification.
• Cashing and payment collection control.
• Hotel operation system report generation.
• Handling guest enquiry and general customer servicing.
• Sales of theme park tickets.

Requirements

• Diploma or above in related disciplines.
• Sound relevant experience in hotel front desk operation, administration and customer services.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
• Shift duty including overnight shift is required.
• Knowledge of Opera is preferred.
• Independent, team-work spirit, careful and able to handle challenges.
