Responsibilities

• Assist to oversee daily operations of guest services team
• Handle guests’ enquiries, feedback and complaints and compile incident report when necessary
• Handle incoming calls, bookings and record daily transactions
• Keep front desk presentable at all time

Requirements

• DSE or above
• 3-year experience or above & Spa experience will be an asset
• Willing to work on shift (Different shifts between 10:00am - 01:00am)
• Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Candidates with less experience will also be considered as Guest Service Officer
• Good interpersonal skills, creative, self-motivated and well organized
