Job Description
The Job
- Clients: The Ticketing & Reservation Office of 1) 5-Star Hotel Group, 2) Premium Airline and 3) Travel Agency providing worldwide traveling, hostel packages and related touring services.
- Position: Ticketing Officer / Reservation Officer
- Responsibilities: Answer inbound call and handle customer's inquiries on flight schedule, flight ticket booking, Fare quotation, Room & Facilities reservation, etc. No selling required
- $16-20K. 4-5 day work. Medical. Performance bonus and Allowance. Training will be provided.
Requirements
- Form 5 or above
- 1 year customer services experience.
- Relevant ticketing or customer services experience with airlines / travel agencies / hotel will be advantage but not a must
- Good phone manner and customer service skills
- Fluent spoken Chinese and English.
- Fluent speaker of a third language will be an advantage
- Willing to work on shift hours and public holidays.
- More experienced candidates will be consider be as Supervisor
