The Job

• Clients: The Ticketing & Reservation Office of 1) 5-Star Hotel Group, 2) Premium Airline and 3) Travel Agency providing worldwide traveling, hostel packages and related touring services.
• Position: Ticketing Officer / Reservation Officer
  
• Responsibilities: Answer inbound call and handle customer's inquiries on flight schedule, flight ticket booking, Fare quotation, Room & Facilities reservation, etc. No selling required
• $16-20K. 4-5 day work. Medical. Performance bonus and Allowance. Training will be provided.

Requirements

• Form 5 or above
• 1 year customer services experience.
• Relevant ticketing or customer services experience with airlines / travel agencies / hotel will be advantage but not a must
• Good phone manner and customer service skills
• Fluent spoken Chinese and English.
• Fluent speaker of a third language will be an advantage
• Willing to work on shift hours and public holidays.
• More experienced candidates will be consider be as Supervisor
