Job Description

Job Summary:
The purpose of this position is to provide assistance to Facility Management team in completion of multiple functions of Property Services and Administrative Management for the facilities of The American Club Hong Kong.

Job Duties:

  • Respond to the Club inquires and concerns. Ensure timely and quality service delivery to the club. Follow up with other department to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Oversee the operation with the team to ensure maintenance, housekeeping, security, gardener and linen service are delivered in compliance with the SLA and SOP to achieve the KPI targets
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure the operation is in alignment with company standards
  • Assist in the preparation of annual facilities budget, forecasts and contracts
  • Review and maintain service reports and agreements and manage external contractors and vendors
  • Monitor the planned preventive maintenance program

Job Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or Degree in Housing / Facilities Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum two years of related progressive experience and/or training
  • Facility Management certification is preferable
  • Good written and spoken English and Chinese language skills
