Job Description
Job Description and Responsibilities
- Coach with store-in-charges for identifying sales opportunity, managing customer services and operations standards proactively
- Oversee and manage daily stores operations, monitoring P&L including staff cost and stock control of the district
- Ensure all shops’ environment, customer services and operations are always meet with company’s standard
- Reporting business performance to management level and provide solution if needed
- Plan and manage the rosters of team to ensure sufficient products and manpower according to the sale planning and operation needs
- Assist in other ad hoc projects as assigned
- An aspiration and commitment to develop your careers in Food & Beverage operations
- Diploma Holder or above In Hotel & Catering Management or related discipline
- A minimum of 5 years working experience in managing multiple stores in retail or catering industry
- Solid store operations knowledge and time management
- Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
- A good coach and team player who can communicate and influence other effectively
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic and drive for continuous improvement
- Good leadership skill and communication skill
- Outgoing personality and ready to take on challenge
- Good command of written and spoken in both English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Office & Chinese Word Processing
- Immediately available or short notice will be advantage
