Job Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Handle general clerical duties and provide full administrative support to departments;
  • Mainly responsible for the daily operation of reception including handle incoming call, manage front desk area and welcome guests;
  • Maintain conference room booking, ensure the reception, conference rooms and pantry are neat and tidy;
  • Maintain proper filing system and document storage for the department;
  • Responsible for the inventory of general office supplies;
  • Assist in license management and report preparation;
  • Assist in staff recreation activities and company events and assist in food and other venue quotation for company events such as training etc;
  • Carry out office assistant duties when the office assistant is not available and/or on leave and ensure the cleanliness of the bar area;
  • Responsible for the daily operation and maintaining all service utensils and equipment’s in well condition in helping prepare any coffee or tea for guests;
  • Outdoor work is required;
  • Handling any ad hoc tasks assigned by manager;

Key requirements:

  • DSE level or above with 1-year relevant solid experience in receptionist and/or administrative work;
  • Good telephone manner and interpersonal skills with positive attitude;
  • Cheerful, polite and friendly personality, well organized, detailed-mind, self-motivated;
  • Stable, punctual, hardworking, strong sense of responsibility;
  • Fast learner and able to perform multi-tasks and work independently;
  • Excellent work and helpful attitude are essential;
  • Hotel front desk experience is highly preferred.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, good Mandarin is an advantage;
  • Proficient in general PC skills (MS word, excel and Chinese Word Processing);
  • Immediate available is highly preferred.
