Responsibilities: 

• Take in charge of the F&B delivery operations team, including but not limited to team management, task allocation / assignment and performance management;
• Take lead in operational planning for new service launch or requests from clients;
• Maintain right sets of indicators and reports for effective analysis on services and operations, and also identifying improvement opportunities;
• Monitor operational and financial indicators of F&B delivery operations, lead analysis and develop action plans in improving service levels and operational efficiency;
• Diagnose existing issues in operations and lead the execution of initiatives by cooperating with various internal parties and external partners;
• Take ownership on urgent issues in operations and take timely actions;
• Keep abreast of the market’s leading practices and understand competitors’ operating models to ensure company’s practice has its competitive advantages;
• Develop standard operating procedures and guidelines for team members;
• Take lead in driving the implementation of initiatives for ongoing service enhancement;
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by Management

Requirements:

• Degree holder in any disciplines; 
• Minimum 4 years of experience in operations management, project management or consulting;
• Strong planning and analytical skills with strong business sense and problem-solving skill;
• Sensitive to numbers and capable in scientific analysis;
• Proactive and able to work under pressure with multi-tasking ability;
• Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, good team player and able to work in a fast paced and dynamic working environment;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in Google and MS applications
