Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing the whole procurement process starting from vendor sourcing & selection, pricing & services benchmarking, negotiation, goods & services delivery and market research
• Assist in managing all relevant data related to food and beverage contracts and agreements
• Liaise with all relevant parties in relation to project deliverables
• Assist in work coordination and other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Procurement, Supply Chain or other related disciplines
• At least 5 years’ purchasing experience preferably gained from hospitality industry or catering group
• Strong sense of integrity
• Knowledge in budgeting and costing is an advantage
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Well-organized, independent, willing to learn and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Candidates with more experience and qualifications will be considered as Senior Group Procurement Officer
