Job Description
Job Descriptions:
- Assist in developing construction strategies and implementation plan, resource planning & budget plan
- Co-ordinate and evaluate site investigation reports including the availability of services, geotechnical, licensing issues and contamination assessments
- Define project scope of works and project budget
- Manage and liaise with governing authorities and obtain related licenses
- Manage project program, site works quality and construction cost
- Manage the tender process, evaluation and appointment of consultants, contractors/ nominated subcontractors and suppliers
- Ensure the As-Builds Warranties/ Guarantees documentation is finalized and archiving of project documentation is completed
- Assist in developing new brand & business model by providing solutions and recommendations
- Bachelor or above with at least 3 years of relevant project management experience in site construction in F&B or retail industries
- Excellent problem solving skills, proactive, independent, detail minded and well organized
- Strong analytical skills, attention to details and people management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in Auto-CAD
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Candidates with less experience could be considered as Project Officer
