Our client is a one of the largest Food & Beverage well-established group in Hong Kong. For the business needs, they are inviting an experienced talent to join the kitchen operation team as Head Chef to assist R&D Manager for new product launch.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire kitchen operation to ensure the food quality needs corporate standard
• Assist R&D Manager for new product development and production trial.
• Provide training to the kitchen staffs for kitchen safety and maintaining the food quality
• Ensure the internal hygiene and food safety meets the company standard
• Responsible for the budget and costs (food and manpower) in order to meet the business forecast
• Lead the team to deliver high food quality in the most effective way

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years working experience at Head Chef level in chain Food & Beverage group
• Excellent knowledge of food safety standards
• Strong skills on leadership, planning, communication and coaching skills
• Good team player, self-initiative and strong sense of responsibility
