Responsibilities:

• To process all check-in and check-out procedures in an effective and efficient way;
• To provide quality service and handle guests’ inquiries 

Requirements:

• Certificate or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
• Service-oriented, self-motivated, independent, strong interpersonal and communications skills
• Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
• Able to work on shift
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Fresh graduate is welcome 
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Guest Services Agent
