Requirements:

• A degree holder in Finance / Accounting or related disciplines with ACCA / HKICPA finalist      qualification, qualified accountant is an advantage.
• Minimum 10 years' relevant experience of which 3 years at supervisory level gained within a sizable corporation.
• Familiar with HKFRS, good consolidation knowledge, financial and analytical skills and problem      solving skills.
• Familiar with computerized accounting system, e.g. Flex system etc.
• Meticulous with ability to work independently, good interpersonal skills and communication skills in dealing with people at all levels and can work under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese is a must.

Responsibilities:

• Report directly to the General Manager of Finance.
• Supervises the finance team in handling all daily accounting & treasury function.
• Prepares consolidation reports, budgets and financial analysis.
• Assist in implementation and monitoring of accounting and internal control policies and procedures.
• Handling statutory audits and liaison with external auditors to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Experience in performing Company Secretarial work.
• Assist in ad hoc assignments.
