• Higher Diploma or above in Building Services / Building Surveying / Building Studies or related disciplines
• At least 5 years' solid experience in building services and building related works including renovation, fitting-out works, repair & maintenance and building operation of commercial building
• Hands-on experience in site supervision and drafting of specification
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of written and spoken English

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Engineer
