Job Description

  • Chef De Partie (廚師長)
  • Junior Sous Chef (副主廚)
  • Demi & Commis Chef (初級廚師)

Job Description:

  • General duties of Western Cook. (一般西式廚師工作)
  • Preparing ingredients and dishes.  (預備食材和烹調菜式)
  • Carry out daily operations on western cuisine preparation and cooking under the supervision. (於指示下協助及管理日常運作)

Requirements:

  • At least one year of related working experience. (有一年相關工作經驗)
  • Willing to ensure food quality. (樂於追求高質素食物)
  • Immediate availability is preferred. (可即時上班為優先考慮)
