We are looking for a passionate Chef de Partie to join our team. Together with our Chef de Cuisine and Pastry Chef, you will create and develop delicious desserts and new recipes. We operate for lunch and dinner offering a redefined experience to our guests. Potential candidate must be a team player who is well-versed in the culinary arts and adhere to strict standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for the production of pastries and other related products
• Maintain, monitor and improve quality performances to comply with the prescribed food quality
• Carry out Cost control planning such as food and ingredients, and ordering & inventory management
• Set up and maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene
• Inspect kitchen supplies, equipment and work areas to ensure conformance to establish standards

• Minimum 2 years relevant & solid experience in reputable kitchen
• Candidates from toptier restaurant or hotel will be a definite advantage
• Creative and quality-oriented
• Smart, team player, hard working, good interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly organized with problem solving and multi-tasking skills
• Knowledge of food health, safety and hygiene compliance
• Knowledge of menu planning, cost control and kitchen management is an advantage
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Pastry Demi Chef
• Candidates should be currently in Hong Kong
• IMMEDIATE AVAILABLE is highly preferred
• Working Location: Central
