Job Description
Offers:
- 6 months Renewable Contract, can transfer to different teams after completed the Contract;
- Monthly Salary: $15,000 or above which includes basic salary and different allowances;
- 5 days work per week, 8.5 hours / day;
- 1.5 months On-the-job training with salary at Fixed Office Hours;
- Discretionary monthly bonus;
- Excellent Career development opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Handle the incoming telephone call from the airline members;
- NO Cold Call and NO Selling;
- Answer inquiries in professional and efficient manner;
- Cooperate with other teams members to resolve customer's request efficiently.
Requirements:
- Form 5 or Post-Secondary or above;
- Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English is a MUST;
- Willing to work Shift Duty (No need to work overnight) and on Roster Basis (May need to work on Public Holiday and Day Off on week days);
- Previous customer service OR related experience;
- Fresh graduate with Summer Job / Internship experience will also be considered;
- Customer-oriented with passion, patience and caring attitude;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
