Job Description:
The Head Chef is responsible for all restaurant food production
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all food production
- Managing, training and scheduling all kitchen staff
- Responsible for budget and kitchen cost control
- Maintain proper level food inventory
- Hygiene, staff and premise
- Maintain proper kitchen headcount
Job Specification:
- Prior management and/or assistant management western kitchen experience is a must
- Ability to work independently
- Responsible, reliable and good organization skills
- Passion, positive and self-motivated
- Strong business acumen
- Spoken and/or some written English
- Early availability is a plus
