Job Description
Job duties
- Manage all phases of E-Commerce and omnichannel projects (including requirement collection, project planning, scheduling, user acceptance test (UAT), and launch plan)
- Initiate digital projects and optimize project deliverables to maximize the business benefits
- Analyze business and system performance after the project launched and share insights with recommendations
- Optimize UI/UX of different E-Commerce platforms to improve customer experience and conversions
- Coordinate with various stakeholders including IT team, design team and vendors to keep projects delivery timely
Job Requirements
- University graduate in Business, eCommerce, Information System or related disciplines
- Minimum of 3 years working experience on eCommerce & digital projects
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight schedules
- Good understanding of Mobile and Web technologies including UI/UX, SEO, SEM, GTM, Google Analytics, Social Media Marketing, API etc
- Sound knowledge in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL is an advantage
- A good team player with analytical & problem-solving skills, self-motivation, and good interpersonal skills
- Good business acumen in identifying opportunities and areas of improvement
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager
