Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide 1st and 2nd tier end user support on hardware, software, and other computer services
- Monitor, maintain, and perform regular test on IT equipment and server
- Assist in documentation update
- Maintain POS system and inventory system
- Administration of accounts and resources through Active Directory
- Troubleshooting for all IT issues in head office and restaurants
- Undertake ad-hoc IT related tasks as required
Requirements
- Degree holder in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 4 – 6 years’ experience in the hospitality industry
- Solid experience in POS and inventory control system
- Familiar with FortiGate firewall and Cisco/Ruckus switch
- Familiar with VMware vCenter
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel Macro
- Experienced with infrastructure planning is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple projects, determine priorities, and meet deadlines
