Responsibilities:

• Provide end-user support on software and hardware.
• Monitor, support and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, VoIP, Wifi, Access Control, Firewall, VPN, LAN and WAN.
• Support day-to-day system and network operations such as server backup, restore, reports and changes requests.
• Support IT procurement and maintain up-to-date records for all IT Asset.
• Prepare IT document such as user guidelines, policies and procedures for system/application operations and maintenance.
• Support IT projects as required.

• Diploma or above in Information Technology or related discipline
• At least 2 years working experience in IT technical support.
• Solid experience in managing and supporting Windows Server, MS Office, Windows client, Mac OS and networking.
• Experience with DLP, 2FA, M365, Azure AD is an advantage.
• Knowledge of ITSM / ITIL and Powershell is an advantage.  Team player, self-motivated, good analytics skill and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to learn. Able to work independently with minimum supervision and can work under pressure.
• Good command of English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
• Occasion business travel.
• Immediate available is an added advantage.
