• Higher Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related areas;
• 2-3 years working experience in IT Support;
• Hand-on experience in support MS Server, M365, common application software and networking;
• Proficiency in both written and spoken Cantonese and English;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Willing to learn, self-initiative and work independent.

Job Description:

• System Administration in Windows Server, Microsoft 365, LAN and WAN;
• Project management in IT infrastructure projects;
• End user support;
• Routine Maintenance;
• Prepare training material and conduct end-user training.

Candidate will be considered as IT Officer or IT Support according to their education and experience.
